The Pirelli calendar
In 1964 the English tire company Pirelli decided to publish a
pin-up calendar for their faithful customers. The calendar became
an enormous success and today, 40 years later, Pirelli still issues
a new pin-up calendar every year that is not only a collector's
item but also demonstrates the development of the pin-up girl.
